Our 1-year warranty is our commitment to quality and services to our customers from all sales channels, online or retails.
You may order replacement parts: bridge, screw, tip, and carrying case you would need without time limit. We will always ship you screw and pins in a set for a single pair of our custom clip-on, so you do not need to specify quantity.
You must specify the frame's brand, model, and size when ordering a replacement bridge as each model has a different bridge curvature to match for 100% fit.
Alternatively, you may provide your order number from any channels where you placed your orders so that we may identify the right bridge to ship it to you. We will ship you ONLY one matching replacement bridge at a time.
However, we would prefer you to ship your clip-on sunglasses to us for repairing the bridge. Within the 1-year warranty period, it will be free, and you pay shipping to send it in, and we pay shipping to send it back. Outside the warranty period, we need you to pay shipping for both ways. Thanks for your understanding.
We will ship your parts order free by USPS First Class (4 to 6 days of delivery time). If you need faster delivery, please use USPS Priority (2 to 3 days) and Express (1 to 2 days), and we will offer discounted flat shipping rate to ship them.
